The Timothy Times newsletter is sent out each week to our parents. It features news and upcoming events about our school, happenings in the classroom, what the students are working on, and homework for the week.

The TCS Parent Portal, has all the class related information along with school policies, available in this Google Drive for TCS parents. (viewable only to approved parent email addresses)
Snow Days
It is a snow day when the buses of the Upper Canada District School Board cancel because of bad weather. Please check Student Transportation of Eastern Ontario to see if the buses are running. The principal will also send an email by 6:30am to parents to let them know it’s a snow day. The school will remain open for those families who would like to bring their children and are able to do so safely. Attendance will not be taken and no new content will be taught on those days.

TCS Contact
Twice per year, the TCS Contact is published and sent out to our families and membership. The TCS Contact contains reports from our Principal and Board Chair, Finance Committee and other committees in the school. The Contact also includes minutes and the upcoming agenda for membership meetings.
